The modern geopolitical landscape is increasingly influenced by digital technologies, which have reshaped traditional diplomatic practices. In Ukraine’s case, public diplomacy has evolved rapidly, driven by the need to navigate both conventional diplomacy and information warfare. In this article, we explore Ukraine's digital public diplomacy, focusing on how strategic communication via social media platforms has played a critical role in its foreign policy, particularly during the ongoing conflict with Russia.
Ukraine's public diplomacy has not only been reactive but also proactive, capitalizing on digital platforms to engage global audiences, counter disinformation, and build alliances. In the context of information warfare, public diplomacy must go beyond institutional engagement to foster transparency and real-time collaboration with diverse global audiences.
