Yuliya Matvyeyeva is a doctoral student in Information and Communication Sciences at the “Cultures and Societies” of the Gustave Eiffel University doctoral school. She is attached to the DICEN-Idf laboratory. She is preparing a thesis under the supervision of Professor Amos David and Zhao Alexandre Huang on the digitisation of public diplomacy between Russia and Ukraine and their info war.
